As the Founder and CEO of ABF Law Firm & Legal Advisory LLP, he has successfully led numerous corporate transactions, foreign investments, and high-profile advisory projects involving over 120 foreign companies entering the Saudi market.

Mr. Al-Amri’s practice covers corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and compliance with Saudi Companies Law and MISA regulations. He has advised clients from Europe, China, and the Gulf region on complex cross-border acquisitions and partnerships, ensuring seamless legal transitions and full regulatory compliance.
