Dr. Innocent R. is an accomplished education leader, researcher, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience advancing innovation in higher education and technology-driven learning. As CEO of WEC Outsourcing and Founder of Worldwide E-Learning Campus, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Rwanda’s modern e-learning and outsourcing landscape.

Holding a Ph.D. in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa), Dr. Innocent has also served as a lecturer at the University of Rwanda for over 15 years, contributing significantly to academic excellence and research development.

His professional journey bridges education, technology, and business, fostering scalable solutions that empower students, professionals, and enterprises through innovation, digital skills, and strategic capacity building.
